Develop the strategic and operational plans for training programs in alignment with the strategy of Dubai Women Establishment.
Identify training needs for target groups in coordination with relevant departments and partners.
Design and develop high-quality training and leadership programs in line with local and international best practices.
Oversee the implementation of training programs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and achievement of defined objectives.
Manage the approved training budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Contract and coordinate with consultancy firms, trainers, and training institutions locally and internationally.
Evaluate the impact of training programs, measure return on training investment (ROI), and submit reports to senior management.
Develop and update training content to reflect emerging trends and the evolving needs of women leaders.
Supervise the documentation of training programs, participant databases, and evaluation results.
Build strategic partnerships with universities, institutes, and international organizations that support women’s empowerment.
Lead and develop the department team by setting objectives, performance indicators, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Ensure the delivery of an exceptional training experience that reflects the stature of the Dubai Women Establishment and achieves the highest levels of satisfaction and impact.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Director, Executive Director, or Board of Directors within the scope of responsibility.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Minimum of 11 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree holders, and 9 years of experience for Master’s degree holders.
