Role Purpose:
This is an 18-month structured graduate programme within Majid Al Futtaim, featuring on-the-job rotations across the Finance function.
The programme provides a comprehensive learning experience and a strong foundation in the shopping malls industry, with exposure to multiple functions across the organisation. It is designed to develop technical, analytical, and professional capabilities through hands-on experience, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Six-month generalist rotations within support / business areas and twelve-months specific placement in a functional area that will provide you with specialist knowledge of our operations.
2. Support with the day-to-day operations.
3. Support with project management and development and do presentations.
4. Participate on business challenges.
5. Gain knowledge, practical exposure, and experience.
6. Participate in all assigned development programmes.
7. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the shopping malls industry.
8. Ability to work effectively across the organization to guarantee the future success.
9. Develop teamwork and maximize team performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in finance
• Recent graduate from 2024 onwards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Good prioritizing, organizational and time management abilities.
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
