Overview Of The Role:


  • The Digital Product Owner role is critical for managing and evolving digital journeys for the Private Bank. The position oversees the product lifecycle of features supporting Wealth Management and Daily Banking, ensuring these solutions provide seamless experiences for affluent clients. The role involves translating client needs into product requirements, backlog prioritization, and driving enhancements on digital platforms while collaborating extensively with internal teams.

 

 


What You Will Do:


Product Management

  • Own the digital product roadmap for Private Banking across Wealth Management and Daily Banking journeys.
  • Translate business needs, client insights, and RM feedback into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
  • Work closely with Technology, UX/UI, and agency partners to deliver features, enhancements, and new capabilities.

 

Journey Optimization

  • Support the design and optimization of digital journeys including onboarding, payments, servicing tools, portfolio views, and advisory features.
  • Partner with CX & Service Design to validate journeys through testing, client insights, and usability research.
  • Collaborate with Wealth and Daily Banking teams to ensure digital tools support advisory workflows and day-to-day servicing needs.

 

Compliance and Performance Monitoring

  • Ensure all product releases meet regulatory, compliance, and information-security requirements.
  • Monitor product KPIs such as engagement, usage, conversion, servicing efficiency, and digital adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, and client feedback loops.

 

Innovation

  • Support innovation initiatives such as personalization, automation, digital advisory tools, and real-time reporting for Private Banking clients.


Skills

Required Skills To Be Successful:

 

  • Proficient in managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical skills with expertise in digital metrics and frameworks for testing and improvement.
  • Familiarity with GCC regulatory standards for digital banking platforms.

 


What Qualifies You For The Role:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or digital banking environments.
  • Proven capability in writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and operating within agile or hybrid frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, daily banking, and wealth management processes.
