Policies & Procedures: -Comply with operational procedures and instructions when performing all job tasks and activities
Production line planning & schedule:
-Update the planning schedule for the various production lines on a daily basis to ensure that the set dates are met. -Maintain maximum machine efficiency by combining, where practical, two or more production orders. -Ensure the uncommitted products are used in order to reduce the stock. -Ensure that all shop floor drawings are received on time before production start. -Plan production to meet client requirements and commitments. -Provide schedule requirements for smooth deliveries.
Coordination & Communication with Sales & Other Manufacturing Units
-Ensure timely reply is communicated to the Sales Department in order to submit a primary schedule to the customer. -Communicate with other factories to order pipe, fittings, and accessories to ensure that the given dates are met.
