We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients, closing property deals, and maintaining high standards of customer service in line with company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and company-provided portals
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential & off-plan properties
- Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Negotiate offers and close deals in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, prices, and regulations
- Build long-term relationships with clients and developers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
