As the Manager of IT Projects for the "Front Office UI for Call Center" initiative, you will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of a mission-critical, multi-million dollar program for our cleint, a global aviation leader based in UAE. You will bridge the gap between complex technical integration and executive business objectives, ensuring that our global contact centers are equipped with a world-class interface that enhances agent productivity and passenger experience.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Program Ownership: Lead large-scale IT delivery (5M+ AED) from RFP and vendor selection through to implementation, go-live, and hypercare.
Vendor & Partner Management: Drive accountability across third-party implementation partners, managing complex contracts and ensuring deliverables meet enterprise standards.
Commercial & Financial Governance: Maintain rigorous control over project budgets, forecasting, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to ensure financial transparency.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Manage C-level expectations through structured steering committees, proactive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and high-impact executive reporting.
Technical Governance: Oversight of system integrations and API frameworks to ensure the UI platform aligns with the airlines broader architectural roadmap.
Change & Risk Leadership: Implement robust scope control and proactive risk mitigation strategies to navigate the complexities of a large-scale enterprise environment.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 8+ years of IT exerience and 5+ years IT Project Management experience, specifically delivering 3–5 large-scale enterprise projects from initiation to closure.
Certification: Active PMP Certification is mandatory.
Expertise: Deep understanding of the RFP lifecycle, vendor negotiation, and contract management within an international corporate framework.
Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of system integration, APIs, and modern UI/UX delivery; a technical development background is highly preferred.
Leadership: Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and change management skills in a multicultural, high-pressure environment.
