Coordinate project orders in collaboration with the internal team and customers.
Responsibilities:
The post holder will:
Coordinate closely with the Project Manager throughout all phases of project execution to ensure timely progress and successful delivery.
Assist in the preparation of project drawings, technical designs, and cost quotations in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Support the Project Manager in the preparation and submission of project bids and commercial quotations.
Liaise with the OP&L Team to coordinate sales deliveries in alignment with project schedules.
Work closely with the Product Specialist and Service Team to schedule client-site installations and application training sessions.
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
Ensure the company’s registration and compliance with relevant government entities are maintained in a timely manner.
Record and circulate minutes of meetings related to the business unit and follow up with team members to ensure timely closure of action items.
Undertake additional project site responsibilities as required to support operational needs.
