Our organization is seeking a highly motivated Experienced Architect to join our design team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will assist in managing the conceptual and design development stages of architectural projects, ensuring creativity, functionality, and technical quality.

This position requires a strong foundation in architectural design, familiarity with UAE projects and building codes, and proficiency in leading architectural software platforms. The selected candidate will work closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams to support design solutions that meet client expectations and comply with local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the concept design and design development phases across various project types.
• Develop innovative, functional, and sustainable design concepts that align with project briefs and organizational goals.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, design documentation, 3D models, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Review and validate design work to maintain design integrity, accuracy, and adherence to project standards.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design approvals if required.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) and Estidama requirements, as well as UAE building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with Senior architects and design staff to support project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a proven record in concept and design development stages.
• Mandatory experience working on projects in Abu Dhabi, with strong knowledge of local codes, authority submission processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in designing residential, commercial, hotel, industrial and government buildings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE construction standards, sustainability requirements, and authority approval processes.

• AutoCAD – Technical drawings and documentation
• Revit – Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• SketchUp – Conceptual and 3D modeling
• ArchiCAD – Concept design, Design development and modeling
• 3ds Max – Visualization and rendering
• Adobe Photoshop / I design – Design presentation and post-production
