We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will help ensure the smooth running of the office by handling routine office duties, assisting staff, and maintaining an organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Welcome visitors and provide general assistance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
