Job Details

  • Customer Service: Greeting guests, presenting menus, answering questions about ingredients, and making recommendations.
  • Order Management: Taking precise food and beverage orders, using POS software, and communicating special dietary needs or allergies to the kitchen.
  • Service Delivery: Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner, refilling drinks, and clearing dirty dishes (pre-bussing).
  • Table Maintenance: Setting up tables with cutlery and linens, and cleaning/sanitizing tables after guests depart.


Skills

  • Communication & Interaction: Engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays.
  • Multitasking: Managing multiple tables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of food safety/sanitation regulations.
