Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day facilities management operations across assigned properties.
  • Ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all assets.
  • Oversee MEP, civil, landscaping, cleaning, security, and specialized services.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure asset performance, service quality, and compliance with FM standards.
  • Manage defect liability periods and oversee snag rectification activities.
  • Ensure operational readiness of all buildings and community infrastructure.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably within residential communities, malls, or mixed-use developments.
  • Experience working with developers, asset owners, or client-side FM operations preferred. Strong understanding of UAE authority regulations and compliance requirements.
