Role: HR Operations Officer / HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities
• Manage attendance alerts, employee leave inquiries, and HRMIS updates, ensuring timely tracking, follow‑up, and reporting, including quarterly vacation analysis.
• Support the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, social security processes for Emirati employees, and regulatory exam registrations.
• Administer medical insurance for assigned countries, ensuring policy compliance, issue resolution, and accurate coordination with Benefits and Payroll teams.
• Maintain accurate employee files (physical and electronic) in line with corporate HR standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with government entities such as MOHRE, handle holiday announcements, and ensure timely compliance with AML/CTF regulations and training.
Skills
Requirements
• 0–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or employee services.
• Strong understanding of attendance, leave management, onboarding/offboarding, and employee benefits processes.
• Experience working with HRMIS systems and maintaining accurate HR documentation.
• Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE processes, and AML/CTF compliance is an advantage.
