Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, WhatsApp, email).
  • Support customers with post-purchase inquiries such as service appointments, warranties, and vehicle concerns.
  • Promote and sell ancillaries to customers based on their vehicle needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operation, Sales, Supply, workshop, logistics, finance) to resolve customer cases.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Identify customer pain points and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Support initiatives to improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.

RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, aftersales, or sales roles.
  • Experience in upselling or selling is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and drive sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer cases and follow up effectively.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.
  • English and Arabic.
