We are hiring a Marketing Specialist for a prestigious Abu Dhabi-based organization operating in the creative, events, and public engagement space.

This role is ideal for a digitally savvy marketing professional with experience in campaign execution, content creation, social media, and event promotion. The successful candidate will support integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, and public-facing campaigns.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and audience engagement initiatives
  

  
  

• Create and manage content for social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials
  

  
  

• Coordinate day-to-day social media activity, including posting, community engagement, and performance tracking
  

  
  

• Assist in promoting events, activations, workshops, and public-facing programs
  

  
  

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement
  

  
  

• Conduct market research and track competitor and audience trends
  

  
  

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time
  

  
  

• Ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials
  

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  

  
  

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital campaigns, or events
  

  
  

• Strong content writing, communication, and organizational skills
  

  
  

• Good knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and campaign reporting
  

  
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  

  
  

• Experience in events, lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, community engagement, or other public-facing sectors is an advantage
