  • Manage projects from initiation through implementation and completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, clinical departments, and external    stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions when required.
  • Track project outcomes and ensure alignment with commercial and organizational objectives.
  • Prepare project status updates, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Ensure proper documentation and governance of commercial initiatives.
  • Work closely with hospital leadership, finance teams, and operational departments to ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Support change management activities related to initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with SEHA policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while performing all assigned duties.
  • Handle confidential information relating to patients, staff, and operational data in accordance with legal and organizational standards. 
  • Support the delivery of high standards of service by contributing to initiatives that improve patient and partner experience.
  • Adhere to safety, health, and materials management standards within the workplace.
  • Continuously develop professional skills and knowledge relevant to the commercial and healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation through implementation and completion.

Qualifications:

Required:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications related to Finance, Business Analysis, or Healthcare Management are considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in project management, operations, planning, or healthcare management.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in healthcare environments and hospital operations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional healthcare environments.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


Preferred: 


  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
