Key Responsibilities:
Training & Education
Conduct engaging, in-depth training sessions on nailcare products, treatments, and techniques for salon clients, beauty professionals, and internal staff.
Deliver impactful sales training programs to boost team confidence, product knowledge, and closing capabilities.
Assist in the creation and development of high-quality training materials and educational content.
Client Support & Representation
Provide on-site product demonstrations and technical support to ensure proper usage and client satisfaction.
Represent Madi International at industry events, trade shows, client meetings, and brand activations.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with salon clients.
Sales Performance & Market Insight
Drive product sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Ensure optimal product visibility and execution of brand strategies in the field.
Conduct regular client visits, deliver product presentations, and manage in-salon promotional activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Abu Dhabi region to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
Reporting & Collaboration
Track and report on training outcomes, client feedback, and sales performance.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align training efforts with promotional strategies and brand objectives.
Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in the nailcare industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in beauty training, preferably within the nailcare sector
Strong background in sales or client relationship management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented
Willing to travel within the Abu Dhabi region for client support
