Our client is preparing to launch an exclusive, high‑end Private Members Club in the heart of Dubai. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Operations to lead the full dining operations journey from pre‑opening through a successful launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all dining operations during pre‑opening, launch, and ongoing operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, service standards, and workflows.
• Build, train, and mentor high‑performing F&B and service teams.
• Collaborate with culinary, events, and membership teams to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety, and brand standards.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a luxury, members‑first culture aligned with the club’s exclusivity and brand identity.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience leading F&B or hospitality operations within luxury or high‑end environments (Private Members Clubs, 5‑star hotels, premium lifestyle venues).
• Strong pre‑opening and launch experience is essential.
• Exceptional leadership and team‑building skills.
• Deep understanding of delivering elevated service levels and bespoke guest experiences.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on operational capability.
• Based in Dubai or open to relocation.
