We are currently looking for a Consultant Paediatric Cardiac Anesthesia for a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi.

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports departmental initiatives and hospital clinical governance policies.

• Participates in performance management and quality improvement initiatives.

• Works collaboratively with cardiac surgery and intensive care teams.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide anesthesia care for paediatric cardiac surgeries including complex congenital heart procedures.

• Manage anesthesia during cardiac catheterization and transplant procedures.

• Monitor and manage critically ill paediatric cardiac patients perioperatively.

• Participate in multidisciplinary cardiac surgical team meetings.

• Supervise junior physicians and anesthesia staff.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)

• Specialization in Anesthesiology

• Fellowship in Paediatric Cardiac Anesthesia preferred

• TIER 1 Qualification as per Abu Dhabi PQR

• Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in cardiac anesthesia

• Valid DOH License or eligibility
