We are currently looking for a Consultant Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon for a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi.

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports hospital clinical governance policies and departmental initiatives.

• Participates in peer review, performance improvement and multidisciplinary meetings.

• Assists in ensuring appropriate medical coverage within the department.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions in children and adolescents.

• Perform paediatric orthopaedic surgeries including congenital deformities and trauma.

• Provide treatment for scoliosis, limb deformities and developmental bone disorders.

• Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists and paediatricians.

• Supervise junior physicians and surgical trainees.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)

• Specialization in Orthopaedic Surgery

• Fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery preferred

• TIER 1 Qualification as per Abu Dhabi PQR

• Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience

• Valid DOH License or eligibility
