تفاصيل الوظيفة

Eaton has been a key player in the Middle East for 40 years. Last year, we announced the construction of a new sustainable campus in Dubai, which will bring together our commercial, manufacturing, and support functions, providing room for future growth.

Eaton's Global Data Center Segment is focused on helping data centers realize real business benefits today while optimizing their operations for the future. With the rise of big data, edge computing and the cloud, data centers are under pressure to be more high-performing, sustainable and cost-effective than ever, without compromising resilience or security. At the same time, new opportunities and revenue streams require faster speed-to-market. With our digital intelligence, world-class cyber-secure products and services, reliable, compatible solutions and engineering expertise, we help data centers realize real business benefits today while optimizing their operations for the future.

Within this segment, Eaton has an opening for a Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master – Global Data Center Segment. The primary function of this role is to act as an experienced servant leader and Agile coach for cross functional Datacenter teams within Eaton’s Global Data Center Segment team that is based in UAE. This role enables teams delivering Data Center solutions to operate effectively using Scrum, accelerating value delivery while maintaining Eaton’s high standards for safety, quality, compliance, and reliability. Operating in a global, matrixed environment, the Scrum Master partners closely with Research and Development, Product Owners, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to remove impediments, reinforce Agile discipline, and support Eaton’s broader Data Center growth strategy.

What you’ll do:

Scrum & Agile Facilitation
• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Data Center Teams, or solution teams, ensuring consistent application of Scrum events, roles, and artifacts in alignment with Eaton’s Scrum framework.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, fostering transparency, focus, and continuous improvement.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, self management, and cross functional collaboration.
Impediment Removal & Flow Optimization
• Proactively identify and remove delivery impediments, including dependencies across engineering, testing, UL compliance, manufacturing, and supply chain partners.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to escalate and resolve systemic issues impacting team flow and predictability.
Product & Stakeholder Partnership
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and alignment to Global Data Center Segment objectives, including safety, scalability, and reliability expectations.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and global stakeholders, enabling clear communication and shared understanding of delivery commitments.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
• Promote the use of Agile metrics (e.g., throughput, predictability, sprint goals) to enable data driven improvement without fostering a command and control culture.
• Reinforce Kaizen and continuous improvement practices aligned with Eaton’s Continuous Improvement System.
Scaling & Enterprise Agility
• Support coordination across multiple teams or workstreams contributing to Gray Space UL deliverables.
• Contribute to broader Agile maturity and ways of working improvements across the Global Data Center organization, consistent with Eaton’s global operating model

Qualifications:
