We are currently looking for a Consultant Paediatric Electrophysiology for a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi.

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports and adheres to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies and procedures.

• Supports and participates in the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processes.

• Assists with Consultant staff in ensuring that adequate medical coverage is provided within the Division at all times.

• Attends divisional meetings as required.

• Supports the reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidents.

• Assumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Consultant Staff.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and manage paediatric cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiological disorders.

• Perform electrophysiology studies and catheter ablation procedures in paediatric patients.

• Work collaboratively with paediatric cardiologists and cardiac surgeons.

• Provide leadership in arrhythmia management and complex cardiac rhythm disorders.

• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure optimal patient care.

• Supervise junior physicians and medical staff.


RequirementsRequirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Paediatric Cardiology

• Fellowship / Subspecialty training in Paediatric Electrophysiology

• TIER 1 Qualification as per Abu Dhabi PQR – American Board / Canadian Board / UK CCT or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in Paediatric Electrophysiology

• Valid DOH License or eligibility
