We are looking for Fit out Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in luxury residential or high-end developments in the UAE, specifically managing fit-out works such as ceilings, partitions, joinery, finishes, and coordination with subcontractors and consultants. They should also be familiar with local authority approvals and high-standard project execution.UAE only

- Lead and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out works in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and timelines.

- Coordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely decision-making.

- Review and monitor project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation to ensure progress aligns with the approved project timeline.

- Supervise site activities and ensure that all fit-out works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.

- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure proper coordination, productivity, and adherence to contract requirements.

- Ensure all works comply with local authority regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.

- Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control to ensure efficient use of project resources.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to avoid delays and operational issues.

- Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.

Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and handover procedures are completed in accordance with project requirements.

Skills

equirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in UAE or GCC construction projects

• Proven experience in managing projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and handover

• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and risk management

• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors

• Excellent communication with Clients, Developers, and Consultants

• Familiar with HSE compliance and QA/QC processes
