We are looking for Fit out Construction Manager with 7+ years of experience in luxury residential or high-end developments in the UAE, specifically managing fit-out works such as ceilings, partitions, joinery, finishes, and coordination with subcontractors and consultants. They should also be familiar with local authority approvals and high-standard project execution.UAE only

- Lead and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out works in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and timelines.

- Coordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely decision-making.

- Review and monitor project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation to ensure progress aligns with the approved project timeline.

- Supervise site activities and ensure that all fit-out works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.

- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure proper coordination, productivity, and adherence to contract requirements.

Ensure Compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.

- Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control measures to optimize resource utilization.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to avoid delays and operational issues.

Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders to resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.

- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and handover procedures in accordance with project requirements.

Skills

 Education & Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

• PMP certification is highly preferred

• Membership of the Society of Engineers (SOE – UAE) is preferred

• Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineering License / G+ Unlimited is a strong advantage

• Any additional professional certifications related to construction or project management will be considered an advantage
