About the Role
Jatual is launching an exclusive high jewellery showroom in Abu Dhabi and is seeking a mature, confident, and polished Senior Sales Manager to lead all in-showroom sales operations.
This role requires a highly experienced luxury sales professional capable of managing private client appointments and selling high-value jewellery pieces to ultra-high-net-worth clients.
The selected candidate will represent the brand independently within the showroom and will be responsible for the entire client journey — from first contact through to closing the sale and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and manage daily showroom operations
- Present high jewellery collections to clients with confidence and expertise
- Conduct private appointments with discretion and professionalism
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Manage the full sales cycle: consultation, negotiation, closing, invoicing, and after-sales follow-up
- Maintain detailed CRM records and client profiles
- Ensure impeccable presentation of jewellery pieces and showroom standards
- Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling
- Work independently and confidently in one-on-one luxury sales environments
- Represent the brand’s values of exclusivity, elegance, and discretion at all times
Ideal Profile
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a seasoned luxury sales professional who understands the psychology of high jewellery clients and can confidently present and sell pieces valued in millions of AED.

Compensation
- Competitive salary within the budget of AED 15,000 – 18,000

Skills
Required Qualifications
- Emirati or GCC nationality (female candidates only)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in high jewellery or luxury retail sales
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions (six to seven-figure AED sales)
- Strong understanding of local culture and UHNW client expectations
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Additional languages are a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Immaculate grooming and professional presentation aligned with luxury brand standards
- Comfortable working independently in a private showroom environment
