Role Description
SGPC is expanding, and we’re hiring immediately for a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer role based in the UAE, supporting growth across the GCC.
Roles & responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects
- Coordinate internally with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting
Skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales / Engineering.
- Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
- Confident communicator with professional presentation skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- High level of integrity and relationship-building mindset.
- Willing to travel as required across the GCC.
- Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
