Role Description

SGPC is expanding, and we’re hiring immediately for a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer role based in the UAE, supporting growth across the GCC.


Roles & responsibilities

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects
  • Coordinate internally with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting


Skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales / Engineering.
  • Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • Confident communicator with professional presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  • High level of integrity and relationship-building mindset.
  • Willing to travel as required across the GCC.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
