We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Project Sales Executive to drive business development and project sales in the UAE market.
The role focuses on generating and closing projects related to CCTV, Networking Infrastructure, Solar Solutions, Smart Home, and ELV systems. The candidate will actively engage with contractors, engineering consultants, system integrators, and property developers to secure new business opportunities.
This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE construction and technology market
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and facility management companies
- Conduct site visits to construction projects and upcoming developments
- Promote company solutions including CCTV systems, networking infrastructure, solar solutions, and smart technologies
- Understand client project requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project offers
- Follow up with clients and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for project execution
- Maintain a pipeline of active leads and potential projects
Skills
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience in the UAE market
- Experience in project-based sales (construction, ELV, IT infrastructure, or solar)
- Strong network with contractors, consultants, or project developers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Self-driven and target oriented

Compensation
- Commission: 10% – 20% per project
- No fixed salary
