Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the accounting and operational activities of our trading (import/export) company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Tally Prime and advanced Excel, along with the ability to manage shipping documentation and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.


Key Responsibilities: 

Accounting:

  • Record and maintain accounting transactions in Tally Prime, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage petty cash and expense tracking.
  • Prepare financial summaries and reports using advanced Excel.
  • Prepare and submit VAT filling in compliance with UAE regulations. 


Logistics:

  • Communicate with suppliers to place new orders and follow up with logistics partners (DHL / Team Express) regarding shipment updates and documentation.
  • Track and maintain organized records of all shipment documentation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management as required.


Skills


  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data management).
  • Experience with shipping documentation and import/export processes preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good written communication skills for supplier and logistics coordination.
