Sales Executive – Stone & Marble Industry
Location: Al Saja’a, Sharjah, UAE
Job Description
We are a leading stone and marble company looking to hire a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, practical industry understanding, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
You will be responsible for handling inquiries, developing new business, maintaining relationships with contractors and suppliers, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers, WhatsApp inquiries, and phone leads
- Generate new leads and develop new clients
- Build strong relationships with contractors, interior designers, stone fixers, and construction companies
- Follow up with clients and close deals
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable materials
- Coordinate with operations and logistics team for order processing
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
Requirements
- Languages:
- Urdu / Hindi – Fluent
- Arabic – Basic / broken Arabic is sufficient
- Experience:
- Previous experience in stone & marble industry is a strong plus
- Experience in stone fixing, installation, site supervision, or workshop work is highly preferred
- Fresh candidates with strong industry knowledge may also apply

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience dealing with contractors, builders, and interior designers
- Knowledge of marble, granite, quartz, and natural stones

Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
- Good communication skills in Urdu or Hindi, with the ability to communicate in basic Arabic with customers and workers.
- Knowledge of marble, granite, and natural stone products is preferred.
- Understanding of stone installation, cutting, measurement, or site work is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to deal with contractors, builders, interior designers, and procurement staff professionally.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to understand client requirements.
- Ability to follow up on leads through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email) for managing customer information and sales records.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in an industrial environment and visit project sites if required.
