We are seeking an experienced Dubai-Municipality-Approved Civil Engineer to join our construction team and oversee the execution of building projects from start to completion. The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities on site and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines

• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports

• Review shop drawings and technical submissions

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained

• Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards

• Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues on site

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural systems

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs

• Experience in site supervision and construction project execution

• Good understanding of project scheduling and progress tracking

• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers

• Knowledge of quality control procedures and construction standards

• Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and inspection procedures (DM, DDA, Trakhees, ADM, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines

• Excellent communication and reporting skills
