Medical Director - Abu Dhabi

A reputable and rapidly growing healthcare institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly qualified, Arabic speaking Medical Director to join its senior leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to lead clinical operations, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to the continued development of a world‑class healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic clinical leadership across all departments
• Oversee medical operations, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives
• Support accreditation processes and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
• Work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement organisational goals
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Arabic-speaking
• Proven UAE healthcare experience is mandatory
• Surgical background required
• Strong, confident leadership style with the ability to make firm decisions
• Executive-level experience in a hospital or healthcare setting in the UAE
• MBA in Healthcare Administration or completion of a recognised executive leadership program is an advantage
