The Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) group manages the strategictechnologypartnerships with BlackRock Solutions clients globally. ACE serves as the senior, trusted interface between clients and the Aladdin business, with accountability for value delivery, platform adoption, andlong termcommercial outcomes.
This rolerepresentsa senior,client facingleadership position coveringTier1 Middle East institutions, including large asset owners and institutional investors. The successful candidate willoperateata senior level,shaping strategic dialogue, influencing operating models, and ensuring Aladdin,eFrontand WPS are embedded asmission criticalplatforms across clients’ Public and Private Markets investment lifecycles.
Role Scope & Accountability
As part of one of BlackRock’sfastest growingbusinesses, you will combine deep investment lifecycleexpertisewith strong commercial judgment and executive presence. You will own thefront to backclient relationship, balancing strategic advisory, delivery ownership, and commercial growth across a complex stakeholder landscape. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director of ACE in Middle East
In this capacity, you will act as the senior owner of the client relationship, with full accountability for value delivery, platform adoption, andlong termcommercial outcomes across Public and Private Markets.
You will engage directly with senior stakeholders at Tier1 Middle East institutions, shaping strategic discussions, influencing operating models, and ensuring Aladdin,eFrontand WPS are embedded as core components of the client’s investment and operating infrastructure. The role requires strong judgment, executive presence, and theability to balance strategic advisory withhands onownership of delivery, escalation management, and internal coordination across product, engineering, and commercial teams.

What We Offer

Significant experiencein Financial Services, Financial Technology, Consulting, or theBuySide, with exposure to complex institutional clients
Strong understanding ofPrivate Marketsand Public Marketsoperating models, workflows, and technology, across the full investment lifecycle from front to back office
Proven ability tooperateas a senior client owner, balancing strategic advisory, delivery accountability, and commercial judgment

Our hybrid work model
