We are looking for a hybrid creative leader—a Manager who is as comfortable opening Adobe Illustrator as they are defining a content strategy. In this individual contributor role, you will be the architect of our visual and editorial voice, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.



You will translate complex AI concepts into stunning visual stories for a global audience. This is not a "behind the screen" role; it is a "hands-on-keyboard" role where you will design everything from high-impact PowerPoint decks for our C-suite to social media campaigns that drive engagement. If you have a bias for action and a portfolio that proves you can make the complex simple, we want to talk.



What You’ll Do (The Reality of the Role)

  • Lead with Your Hands: Take full ownership of the content design lifecycle. You will concept, design, and deliver assets for the website, social media, events, and executive presentations.
  • Shape the Narrative: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to distill complex AI/tech propositions into clear, compelling visuals and copy.
  • Build the System: Create and maintain design systems and tone-of-voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints (digital, print, and events).
  • Execute at Speed: Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, producing high-quality work quickly—from infographics and banners to video storyboards and event backdrops.
  • Be the Expert: Stay ahead of design trends and creative technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table that elevate our brand in the AI and B2B tech space.



Who You Are

  • The Hybrid Pro: You have 8+ years of experience, but more importantly, you have a portfolio that showcases your range—slick presentation decks, scroll-stopping social assets, and clean digital design.
  • The Tech Translator: You have experience in B2B tech, enterprise, or AI. You know how to take a dense white paper and turn it into an engaging infographic.
  • The Global Thinker: You understand the nuances of the UAE market but can create content with a global, western-market appeal.
  • The Tool Master: You are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and can make PowerPoint and Google Slides sing. (Bonus points for motion design or video editing).
  • The Mature IC: You can operate independently, manage stakeholders (including executives), and drive projects to completion with full independence.
