Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Preparation of Annual Workshop Plans
ØContribute to the preparation of annual plans for awareness and knowledge workshops.
2.Organisation and Implementation of Workshops
ØOrganise and implement workshops and knowledge activities aligned with the institution's vision and objectives.
3.Coordination with Lecturers and Trainers
ØCoordinate with lecturers and trainers and prepare workshop schedules.
4.Preparation of Training Materials
ØPrepare and develop training and educational materials in collaboration with specialists.
5.Participant Management
ØMonitor participant attendance, document their details, and evaluate their performance.
6.Workshop Evaluation
ØApply workshop evaluation tools such as surveys and analyse results.
7.Detailed Workshop Reporting
ØPrepare detailed reports on awareness and knowledge workshops, including workshop objectives, number of participants, content delivered, implementation challenges, and future recommendations.
8.Resource Requirements Analysis
ØIdentify and analyse workshop requirements regarding human, technical, and logistical resources, and submit them to the direct supervisor for approval prior to implementation.
9.Periodic Progress Reporting
ØPrepare periodic reports on workshop progress, including observations and recommendations.
10.Stakeholder Communication
ØCommunicate effectively with relevant partner or supporting entities.
11.Promotional Campaign Support
ØSupport promotional and marketing campaigns for workshops through available media and electronic channels.
12.Workshop Content Development
ØContribute to developing workshop content according to target audience needs.
13.Policy Compliance
ØAdhere to approved policies and procedures within the section and institution.
14.Knowledge Communications Support
Participate in internal and external newsletters, bulletins, or postings concerning knowledge workshops and publications
Academic Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Management, Training, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience:
·1-3 years of practical experience in workshops or educational and awareness programmes.

- Proficiency in computer applications and modern educational and training technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure.
- Knowledge of non-traditional or interactive teaching methods.
