We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive – POS Solutions to expand our B2B sales operations across the UAE market. The role focuses on selling Point of Sale (POS) software, POS hardware, billing systems, payment solutions, and retail management systems to restaurants, cafes, F&B outlets, supermarkets, and retail businesses.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in POS sales, software sales, IT sales, or hardware sales, with strong expertise in B2B business development and complete sales cycle management. Malayali candidates required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell POS software solutions, POS hardware systems, billing software, ERP-integrated POS systems, and payment solutions to F&B and retail clients across the UAE.
- Generate new business through field sales, cold calling, lead generation, networking, and client meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations, software presentations, and solution-based selling.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, cafe operators, supermarket chains, and retail decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales pipeline reporting.
- Provide after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Skills
- candidate from Kerala preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in POS Sales / Software Sales / IT Sales / Hardware Sales / B2B Sales
- Strong experience selling to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, F&B outlets, or retail businesses
- Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong understanding of UAE F&B and Retail market
- Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
