We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive IT Infrastructure Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, virtualization, network security, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing IT operations across multiple locations, including offices and residential villas. The role involves managing various aspects of IT infrastructure, including server management, network security, and end-user support.

• Server, Virtualization & Infrastructure Management
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of HP, Dell, IBM Servers.
  • Strong hands-on experience in VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) installation, configuration, and management.
  • Virtual machine creation, backup, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Managing Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
  • Implementing and enforcing Windows Server security & administrative policies.
  • Managing File Sharing Policies and Access Controls.
  • Administration of NAS Backup Server.
  • Configuration and management of Veeam Backup Software.
  • Managing HP Tape Library, including regular tape replacement and preventive maintenance.
• Network & Security Management
  • Setup, configuration, and management of SonicWall Firewall.
  • Configuration and monitoring of Site-to-Site VPN.
  • Managing and configuring WiFi Controllers & Access Points.
  • Managing network, wifi, internet connectivity, camera with NVR, across three villas.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems with backup management.
  • Knowledge of smart home automation system with backup management experience.
  • Managing Bosch Biometric software & system.
• Microsoft & Cloud Administration
  • Managing Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Creating new users and assigning licenses.
  • Managing license renewals.
  • Managing user access, compliance, and security policies.
• Telephony & Communication
  • Knowledge of Avaya IP Phone Systems configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Managing DU & Etisalat accounts and sim cards.
• Software & Application Management
  • Installation and configuration of Tally Prime.
  • Managing end-user systems and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Website management including editing pages when required.
  • Managing GoDaddy accounts, including domain and hosting renewals.
• Asset & License Management
  • Maintaining IT asset inventory list.
  • Managing all software and hardware license renewals.
  • Program and critical software backups storage.
• General IT Support
  • Providing end-user technical support.
  • Ensuring system uptime and preventive maintenance.
  • Willingness to work on weekends if required for IT-related tasks or emergencies.

• • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure & virtualization.
  • Preferred to have UAE driving license for light vehicles
  • Strong hands-on experience in VMware environment management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites independently.
  • Experience with various IT infrastructure tools and technologies.
