Job Details

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To forecast, maintain, and coordinate rotable inventory to ensure component availability, efficient inventory control, and compliance with SLAs, supporting uninterrupted operations through effective float monitoring and data management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reviews and analyses a Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) and other data to ensure continuous provisioning.
  • Performs rotable provisioning activities by maintaining planning data related to component demand, stock levels, and repair cycles.
  • Maintains accurate rotable planning records and system data to ensure proper inventory visibility and asset tracking.
  • Analyses removal trends and reliability data to support forecasting and float optimisation.
  • Monitors and controls rotable provisioning for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including SBs, EOs, and AOG requirements, ensuring optimal component availability.
  • Monitors rotable float levels and reports deviations from established planning targets.
  • Performs rotable asset reconciliation between system records, physical stock, vendor pool balances, and finance records.
  • Identifies inventory discrepancies, shortages, slow-moving or obsolete rotables, and proposes optimisation or disposal actions.
  • Holds discussions with OEMs for rotable support to address reliability issues, chronic removals, or repair TAT delays.
  • Coordinates with PBH/Pool provider to ensure optimal inventory availability.
  • Prepares data analysis and reports related to rotable inventory levels, float utilisation, and component availability.
  • Liaises with Engineering & Maintenance to align rotable priorities and operational requirements.
  • Initiates and drives continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives to optimise rotable provisioning, inventory utilisation, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinates with the component management team to align component repair priorities and availability with operational demands.
  • Coordinates with logistics and stores to ensure accurate recording of component movements and stock transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
  • Degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in aviation materials planning, inventory control, provisioning support, or supply chain operations within an airline, MRO, or aviation-related organization.
  • Knowledge of aviation ERP or maintenance systems such as AMOS, TRAX, or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP-based inventory or planning tools is an advantage.
  • Years with qualifications: 5 - 7 years
  • Relevant aviation or supply chain certifications are an advantage.

ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
