Manager - People & Organisation | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE
ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager Human Capital is responsible for supporting the overall business strategy to help the business growth through numerous projects related to the department. The role holder is also responsible for standardizing and implementing Human Capital policies and procedures within all aspects of their operations.
ROLE PROFILE

• Maintain constant availability of the required competent staff to support the organization in meeting all its responsibilities, plans and objectives
• Ensure that selected service providers correspond to the company needs, review regular the performance and renew or cancel existing contracts based on the performance review
• Provide inputs on the development of the yearly department budget
• Ensure the implementation of all relevant training and performance management systems initiated by the Corporate Head Office
• Provide inputs to relevant stakeholders on improvements for the relevant HC projects and procedures
• Assist with the implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and provide constructive feedback and provide inputs to senior management
• Develop and implement on the job-training for the team
• Ensure the implementation of MAF Retail’s corporate policies and relevant procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or HR
• Professional HC Certification such as CIPR, SHRM, AHARI preferred
• 5+ years in HC administration and recruitment
• 2+ years of experience in retail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Time Management
