We are Hiring Technical Coordinatoor ..

1. Full-Cycle Technical Management: Oversee all technical aspects of joinery projects from tender stage through to final handover, ensuring design development, material selection, production processes, and site installation meet the highest project standards.

2. Drawing & Shop Drawing Approval: Proficient in CAD and all types of technical drawings. Review and optimize construction drawings, detailed shop drawings, and production cutting lists; resolve complex technical challenges.

3. Materials & Technical Specifications: In-depth knowledge of joinery materials (veneers, solids, boards, hardware, paints, etc.) and international standards. Responsible for reviewing and approving supplier/vendor qualifications to ensure supply chain quality.

4. Multi-party Coordination: Act as the key technical representative in communications with clients, consultants/main contractors, architects, and design consultants. Lead technical clarification meetings, site queries, and variation discussions.

5. Quality Control & Site Support: Monitor factory production progress and workshop quality standards. Provide on-site technical support to installation teams, resolving unforeseen issues to ensure flawless execution.

6. Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to junior coordinators, enhancing the overall quality of the team's technical output.

1. Experience: 8–10 years of proven experience in a technical coordination or project management role within the Joinery, Fit-out, or Furniture Manufacturing industry.

2. Core Competencies:

Comprehensive Technical Knowledge: Must be familiar with all technical aspects of joinery projects, including but not limited to: detailed design, material properties and sourcing, production techniques, installation methodologies, cost control, and quality inspection standards.

Consultant Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with consultant engineers to explain technical proposals and address technical queries (TQs).

Vendor Assessment: Capable of technically evaluating and qualifying suppliers and subcontractors to select reliable partners.

3. Preferred Background: Candidates with previous experience in the following Dubai/UAE-based Joinery & Interiors companies will be highly prioritized:

Star Wood Joinery, BW Interiors, AATI Contracts (Al Tayer Group), Techwood Interiors, Al Mashrabia Furniture (AMF), DEPA, Bond Interiors, Emkay, Finasi, Wood Style, Abanos, Design Infinity, Foyer Décor, and other industry-leading firms.

4. Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite. Strong capability in preparing technical submittals and tender documentation.

5. Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

6. Personal Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, excellent problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities.
