Job Details

Project Management

  • Oversee all construction activities for high-rise building projects.
  • Ensure project completion within approved schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and client representatives.
  • Develop construction strategies and site execution plans.

Site Supervision & Execution

  • Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
  • Resolve site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.

Planning & Progress Monitoring

  • Review project schedules and track milestones.
  • Identify risks, delays, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor construction progress and productivity.

Quality Control

  • Ensure compliance with project quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality approvals with consultants.
  • Monitor material testing and approvals.

Safety Management

  • Implement HSE policies and safety procedures on site.
  • Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate closely with the HSE team.

Cost Control

  • Monitor project costs and resource allocation.
  • Review subcontractor progress and certify work completion.
  • Assist in handling variations and claims.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Conduct site meetings with project stakeholders.
  • Liaise with consultants, architects, and government authorities.
  • Prepare project progress reports and maintain documentation.


Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Experience

  • 10–12 years experience in construction
  • Strong experience in high-rise building projects
