Designation: Sales Manager – Dubai


Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai, United Arab Emirates



Reports To: General Manager



Budget: 25-30k+ family benefits



Our client is an UAE-based diversified trading and distribution company specializing in office automation, managed print services, IT solutions, and business equipment. It serves enterprise, government, and SME clients across the region through strong vendor partnerships and a well-established sales and service network.



Job Summary



The Sales Manager – Dubai is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving margin performance, and expanding market presence across Dubai. This is a target-driven leadership role focused on new business acquisition, pipeline development, and consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.



Key Responsibilities



1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Maintain strong pricing discipline to protect profitability.
  • Ensure a minimum 3x sales pipeline coverage at all times.
  • Drive new customer acquisition across Enterprise, Government, SMB, and Channel segments.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance plans.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management



  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Define KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to strengthen team capabilities.

3. Key Account & Customer Relationship Management



  • Manage and grow relationships with key and strategic customers.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value enterprise and government deals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting



  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  • Analyse sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination & Compliance



  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and credit controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, and CRM usage.

Qualifications & Key Skills



  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of UAE sales experience in Office Automation, MFPs, IT Hardware, or Managed Print Services.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market is mandatory.
  • Background in trading, distribution, or B2B sales is preferred.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license
