Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-caliber Sales Professional to lead the regional expansion of our premium Phalaenopsis (Orchid) project. This role is not just about local sales; it’s about building a robust distribution network across the GCC and Middle East. You will target high-end floral distributors, luxury hospitality groups, and royal event planners across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Strategy: Develop and execute a market entry strategy for the GCC countries, identifying key importers and distributors in markets like Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
- B2B Channel Development: Establish long-term partnerships with high-end flower boutiques, wedding planners, and corporate gift providers across the Middle East.
- On-the-ground Promotion: Conduct field visits to key GCC cities to audit retail presence and build face-to-face relationships with major wholesalers.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure the delicate transport of orchids across borders, maintaining peak product quality.
- Brand Positioning: Position our orchids as the premier choice for luxury events and high-net-worth individuals in the region.
Skills
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the Middle East (Horticulture, FMCG, or Luxury Goods preferred).
- Network: Existing connections within the regional floral or hospitality industry is a distinct advantage.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel across the GCC for market development.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of Middle Eastern business etiquette.
- Language: Native-level English; Arabic is highly preferred for regional market penetration.
- License: Valid UAE Driving License.
