Job Summary:

Our client, a holding company is looking for an Admin Assistant to be based in Abu Dhabi. The Admin Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The role involves handling office communications, document management, scheduling, and assisting various departments with administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities:


    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and office staff.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
    • Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical records).
    • Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents as required.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
    • Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
    • Receive and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
    • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks.
    • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.



Requirements:


    • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
