Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated, customer-focused Arabic-speaking Concierge and Customer Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will manage daily booking inquiries, handle rescheduling requests, and coordinate appointments for beauty treatments. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver a consistently positive experience for high-net-worth customers.
This position supports a newly launched market and requires a self-starter who can take ownership of the role while being familiar with the UAE market.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day booking inquiries from customers regarding beauty treatments across multiple communication channels
- Help drive booking sales and revenue growth
- Resolve booking issues creatively when unclear resolution occurs
- Inform customers and therapists of appointment changes or delays
- Assign replacement therapists for canceled appointments to ensure customers receive their treatment
- Assist with complex bookings, including group bookings and corporate events
- Respond to and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience
Skills and Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: 2–3 years managing client interactions and providing exceptional service
- Language and Regional Expertise: Fluency in Arabic required; knowledge of UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi) or nearby territories such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar preferred
- Remote Readiness: Ability to work remotely with a home office setup and reliable internet
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English for phone and email communication
- Relationship Building: Skilled in providing personalized, client-centric service
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Independence and Ownership: Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and demonstrating accountability
- Responsibility and Reliability: Deliver high-quality service consistently
- Passion for Beauty Industry (Preferred): Interest in the beauty sector to enhance client service
- Luxury or Beauty Customer Service Experience (Preferred): Experience in luxury brands or beauty settings
- Attention to Detail and Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills for managing client interactions accurately
- CRM Systems Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Adaptability: Ability to switch between priorities and tasks efficiently
- Initiative: Proactive in resolving minor booking issues to maintain high standards
