Job Description





Main Duties & Responsibilities



  • Contribute to the achievement of admissions targets.
  • Present a warm, professional and friendly first point of contact for new parents to positively promote the school and support the recruitment and retention of students.
  • Monitorenquiry/applicant activity, maintain email templates and event schedules in Hubspot
  • Conduct school tours where needed across the Whole School
  • Ensure admissions information on the website is always up to date.
  • Create and maintain electronic admissions records and files for all prospective students, new applicants, current students and alumni.
  • Assist with tracking and monitoring annual re-registration of students.
  • Assist the Data Team with updating and maintaining student contact information in the MIS.
  • Track submission of required application documents and following up with parents for missing documents.
  • Work closely with the Registrar to ensure all Leaving Certificates and other required documents received for new students meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education and are processed in a timely manner to meet MOE/KHDA deadlines.
  • Plan and deliver parent and student visits and tours ensuring that the personal focus on the school is delivered.
  • Manage and support Open Days and events ensuring that opportunities are maximised.
  • Coordinate entrance assessments, liaising with the Registrar, Admissions Manager and Leadership Team.
  • Assist with the process of students withdrawing from the school by acknowledging withdrawal notifications, reminding parents of the process and issuing leavers forms.
  • Assist with walk-in, email and website admission enquiries ensuring a high quality of customer care.
  • Attend staff meetings, marketing events and serve on committees.
  • Be well versed in rules and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the KHDA, and ensure compliance during the admission process.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to develop admissions materials and events.
  • Deal with matters of a confidential and sensitive nature in line with school policies.
  • Conduct campus tours and effectively promote the school's programs and offerings to prospective students and their families

Person Specification



Qualifications and related Experience



  • Good standard of education including English & Mathematics.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an education, customer service or sales environment.
  • Experience of iSAMS and Hubspot systems.
  • Experience in general office I.T. proficiency including Microsoft & Google suites.
