Overview Of The Role:
- The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing the movement, storage, and distribution of toys. This role involves overseeing the entire supply chain process to ensure timely delivery, efficient operations, and cost-effective logistics solutions. What You Will Do:
Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory.
- Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
Transportation Management
- Oversee transportation logistics, including the selection of carriers, route planning, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to retail stores or customers.
Warehouse Management
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Implement best practices for warehouse layout, organization, and safety.
Process Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize technology and software solutions to streamline logistics operations.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including shipping documents, inventory reports, and compliance certifications.
Vendor and Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and other partners.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
