As a Sales Manager, you sit at the point where brand ambition, commercial performance, and human leadership meet. You will lead the retail floor, shape customer perception in real time, and be directly accountable for results, standards, and team excellence across flagship stores and pop-up locations.
This role is about presence, judgment, and influence. You’ll turn strategy into execution, teams into top performers, and stores into environments where customers feel confidence, clarity, and trust every day.
What you will do:
- Lead, coach, and hold a team of Product Specialists accountable for individual and collective performance.
- Drive sales results through active floor leadership, live coaching, and disciplined performance management.
- Own the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects BYD’s premium, tech-led positioning.
- Manage daily retail and pop-up operations, maintaining readiness, visual standards, and operational discipline.
- Partner with marketing, events, HR, training, and aftersales to deliver seamless execution and handovers.
- Track performance, customer feedback, and market insights, translating data into action and improvement.
Skills
What you will need:
- 8+ years’ experience in sales, ideally within mid-luxury retail or customer-centric environments.
- 3+ years leading teams with clear accountability for targets and standards.
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence using data, KPIs, and reporting to drive decisions.
- Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a strong advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license.
