·Ensure the implementation of policies, local orders, and regulations related to Right of Way (ROW) violations and NOC conditions for contractors and establishments.
·Contribute to strategic initiatives by planning inspection campaigns, analyzing performance indicators, and recommending improvements at the section level.
·Assign inspection areas to inspectors and prepare duty rosters to ensure effective coverage and resource utilization.
·Oversee inspection campaigns and ensure that all field activities are executed according to approved procedures and standards.
·Review violation cases and recommend appropriate enforcement actions in accordance with applicable legal and disciplinary frameworks.
·Respond to emergencies escalated by the call center, coordinate urgent site inspections, and submit resolution reports to management.
·Examine complaints or objections raised by internal departments or external stakeholders, prepare investigation findings, and escalate complex cases to the section manager.
·Evaluate the section’s performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify operational gaps with recommendations for improvement.
·Perform site audits to verify inspectors’ compliance with assigned inspection routes and ensure quality standards in data collection and reporting.
·Strengthen coordination between internal units, consultants, contractors, and service authorities to improve ROW compliance and service outcomes.
·Recommend enhancements to inspection systems and staff allocation models to improve operational efficiency and reduce response times.
·Conduct periodic field visits and on-site inspections across Dubai, particularly in high-traffic and utility service zones.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience for candidates holding a Master’s Degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience for candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree.
