Retail Media Marketing Senior Manager  | MAF Retail | UAE Corporate Head Office
ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Marketing - Retail Media will drive the strategic marketing agenda for Precision Media, strengthening market positioning, accelerating commercial growth, and deepening engagement with advertisers. Operating at the intersection of commercial operations, sales, and product, the role will translate Precision Media’s data, media capabilities, and omnichannel solutions into compelling narratives that generate demand and revenue.

The role will own a commercial marketing strategy and calendar tailored to Precision Media, creating scalable programs and distinctive advertiser engagement moments, including proprietary events, partner activations, and industry initiatives that strengthen relationships and unlock monetization across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels. It will also provide brand and communications leadership, shaping the external narrative, defining the platform’s value proposition, and driving thought leadership to establish credibility and differentiation in the market. Finally, the role will lead go-to-market enablement, developing high-impact sales and marketing materials that equip commercial teams to engage advertisers effectively and deliver a consistent, unified market presence.



ROLE PROFILE
  • Develop and manage the annual Precision Media commercial marketing calendar, aligning initiatives with retail shopping moments, advertiser demand cycles, and commercial priorities.
  • Design and execute scalable programs and advertiser engagement initiatives, including proprietary events, partner activations, and industry programs that drive advertiser adoption and revenue growth.
  • Partner with commercial & operations, product, and sales teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with monetization opportunities and commercial objectives.
  • Define and communicate Precision Media’s value proposition to advertisers, agencies, and partners.
  • Shape the external narrative through thought leadership, partner marketing programs, and industry storytelling to establish credibility and differentiation in the market.
  • Lead the development of advertiser engagement formats, including the Precision Media Annual event, partner summits, category showcases, innovation days, and thought leadership events.
  • Own the development of sales and marketing materials, including sales decks, product narratives, case studies, media kits, and industry presentations.
  • Translate product capabilities, data assets, and measurement solutions into clear and compelling advertiser value propositions.
  • Ensure consistent positioning across onsite, offsite, and in-store media solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, or any other related field
  • 10+ years of experience in media, marketing, or retail media, ideally within FMCG, e-commerce or digital advertising environments.
  • Strong strategic omnichannel marketing and brand positioning expertise.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement programs.
  • Proficient in media performance and marketing analytics tools.
