We are seeking a Master Data Quality and Reporting Specialist to support a global ERP transformation program replacing multiple legacy finance systems across several companies.



Working closely with the Master Data Quality and Reporting Manager, this role will support data cleaning, validation and migration activities to ensure high-quality finance and procurement data is prepared for the new ERP platform. The role will also assist in supporting business reporting requirements, ensuring that migrated data supports accurate financial and operational reporting. The role will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, and the ERP implementation team to ensure that master data is standardise, validated and ready for migration and reporting in the new ERP environment.




This is an On-Site 36 Month Fixed Term Contract.




In this role, you will:



  • Support the Master Data Quality & Reporting Manager in executing data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and migration activities for finance and procurement data
  • Assist in identifying and correcting data quality issues in legacy systems, ensuring data is standardise and ready for migration into the ERP platform
  • Support data mapping and validation activities, working with business stakeholders to confirm accuracy and completeness of master data
  • Coordinate with the ERP implementation team to assist with data extraction, transformation, and migration activities
  • Assist in monitoring data quality controls and validation checks to ensure data integrity before and after migration
  • Support the preparation and validation of business reports and reporting structures, ensuring that ERP data supports financial and operational reporting needs.
  • Maintain high-quality data and reporting documentation, including data dictionaries, mapping sheets, validation logs, and reporting specifications, in line with audit and governance standards
  • Track data migration activities and data quality issues, providing updates to the Master Data Quality & Reporting Manager and project team.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:



  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, IT or related field.
  • 8+ years proven experience in data analysis, reporting, MI or similar roles.
  • Certifications in data analysis, or reporting tools are an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of master data management and data governance principles.
  • Experience managing data cleansing and migration activities within ERP implementations.
  • Knowledge of finance and procurement master data structures (e.g. suppliers, customers, chart of accounts, cost centers, items)
  • Experience defining business reporting requirements and data models.
  • Strong analytical and data validation capability.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple entities and functions in a transformation environment.
