We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation of a global ERP transformation program replacing multiple legacy finance systems across several companies.



Working closely with the Business Systems Manager, this role will assist in translating finance and procurement business requirements into system capabilities, ensuring the ERP configurations supports standardise processes across participating entities. The Business System Analyst will support solution analysis, documentation, testing coordination, and system validation to ensure the ERP platform meets business needs.



This role plays an important part in bridging the gap between business users, functional leads, and the ERP implementation team.




This is an On-Site 36 Month Fixed Term Contract.




In this role, you will:



  • Support the Business Systems Manager in analysing finance and procurement business requirements and mapping them to ERP system capabilities.
  • Assist in documenting functional requirements, system use cases, and solution specifications to support ERP configuration and implementation.
  • Analyse how ERP functionality can support defined business processes, helping identify optimal configuration options aligned with global design principles.
  • Work closely with Business Process Leads, Business Analyts, and implementation partners to ensure system solutions align with approved process designs.
  • Support testing activities, including preparation of test scripts, review of system integration testing (SIT) results and overview of user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Assist in tracking testing progress and documenting defects, supporting resolution activities and providing updates to the Business Systems Manager and project team.
  • Support the preparation of system documentation, user guidance, and knowledge transfer materials for business stakeholders.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:



  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, IT or related field.
  • Cloud ERP certifications.
  • 8+ Years proven experience working within finance and procurement, ERP cloud platforms and integrated finance system architectures.
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Procurement business processes.
  • Experience supporting ERP testing and solution validation.
  • Strong analytical documentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in multi entity or multinational organisations.
